There are a few ways you can place an order for our furniture. If it is a standard item you can place the order online by adding the product to the shopping cart and following the prompts to complete your purchase. (see detailed instructions here). 

Alternatively you can send us an email with the items you would like to purchase and we will generate a customised quote and deposit invoice for you.

If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, give our office a call on 0479 168 813 and our team can assist you.

How long will it take to make my furniture?

Mr and Mrs White furniture is designed and handcrafted in Northern NSW Australia. In general, please allow 8-14 weeks for production from when the deposit is paid. However, our lead times do vary throughout the year, so please contact enquiries@mrandmrswhite.net at the time of your order for the current lead times.

If you have a request for for your order to be made within a specific timeframe, please email us your request for our review.

Can I customise the size of one your designs?

Yes, we do offer size customisations to some of our collection. Please email us at enquiries@mrandmrswhite.net with the details of your custom request for us to review and provide a quote.

How much will delivery be?

We have trusted partnerships for professional furniture freight locally and Australia wide. The price will vary depending on the item/s ordered and the delivery location. Please email us at enquiries@mrandmrswhite.net and we will provide a customised quote.

Do you Ship Overseas?

Is there anywhere I can see your furniture in person?

Yes, you can see our furniture designs in our factory/showroom where every piece is handmade in Northern NSW. Click here for address and to make an appointment. You can also see the quality of our work in various retail and commercial spaces throughout Australia. Please email us and we can guide you on sites to visit based on your location.

Can I see timber options before placing my order?

Yes, we can arrange for timber and fabric samples to be sent to your home or office so you can see and feel the options in person and be assured in your selection.
